Sales and delivery

The experience ticket and the order confirmation are always sent to the email address provided.

The responsibility for the experience ticket is transferred to you as a consumer the moment you receive the ticket.

After paying for an experience, the experience ticket is always sent to the email address provided. If you don't receive any emails, we recommend that you first check if our message ended up in the spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, you can contact us directly for assistance.

Prices

VAT

All prices on Tenuta Scuotto are indicated in € and include VAT. Experiences that, based on their content and nature, are exempt from VAT under the rules of the VAT law are excluded.

Experience gift card

Our gift card is a pre-determined gift card that can be used as a means of payment.

Our gift cards cannot be combined and must therefore be used individually. Please also note that discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if this is not respected.

Pricing and printing errors

We reserve the right regarding pricing and printing errors on our website, social media, newsletters and other e-mail communications, and we reserve the right to cancel the order in the event of a significant and/or obvious error.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel

More than {selectedRefundTime} in advance of the experience, you can rebook by contacting us directly. However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, such as for overnight stays and for experiences that require a long time to prepare, so there may be some exceptions. This will be indicated in the Rules and Security section on the experience product page.

If the experience is less than {selectedRefundTime} missing, the experience cannot be rebooked. Keep in mind that experiences often involve preparations that involve expenses to cover, so you won't be able to get a refund for the experience.

Same day: If something unexpected occurs immediately before or on the day of the experience (such as an illness), contact the experience manager to let them know that you will not participate. You will find the contact details in the booking confirmation. Alternatively, you can usually give your ticket to another person.

Weather conditions

Safety and good condition are the top priority. Therefore, sometimes weather conditions can make it impossible for the experience to take place. In this case, the experience manager will contact you to arrange a new date together.

If the experience manager chooses to cancel

Our experience managers will obviously do everything they can to allow you to live your experience. However, unforeseen events can occur, such as illnesses, road conditions, and the like, where there is no choice but to cancel. In this case, you will be contacted by the manager via phone/SMS and then by e-mail.

If the experience manager chooses to cancel due to an insufficient number of subscribers, planning errors, or the like, the cancellation must take place no later than 5 days before the start of the experience. Regardless of when the cancellation occurs, alternative booking dates must be available, and if not, you are entitled to a refund of the amount of your experience.

Security

Through our software provider Holdbar, we use the SSL protocol, which means that your credit card details are processed in encrypted form.

If you pay with a credit card, you are protected against misuse, as you can decline a payment through your bank. In addition, you will not have any excess if your credit card is misused in an online store that uses the SSL protocol. Tenuta Scuotto uses the SSL protocol, which means that your credit card details are processed in encrypted form.

Requirements upon arrival to the experience

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time of the experience. Upon arrival at the experience, you must be able to document your booking through your ticket or booking confirmation.

Personal data

  • We record your personal data in order to be able to deliver the product to you.
  • Personal data are registered at Tenuta Scuotto and stored for five years, after which they are deleted.

When you buy an experience on Tenuta Scuotto, we need the following information:

  • Name.
  • Address.
  • Email address.
  • Telephone number.

We record your personal data in order to be able to deliver the product to you. We ask for your telephone number to be able to offer you a good service in case something unexpected occurs during the delivery of the order confirmation, when sending the gift box or on the day of your experience.

Personal data are registered at Tenuta Scuotto and stored for five years, after which they are deleted. If you have enjoyed your experience in the meantime, we will delete most of your data 30 days after the experience is completed or your experience voucher is redeemed from the experience manager. We must keep your name and address for five years in accordance with Danish accounting law. When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that this is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed about what data is being collected and why.

We do not store or transmit customer data in encrypted form. The information provided to Tenuta Scuotto is not disclosed or sold and we do not record any sensitive personal data. As a registered customer with Tenuta Scuotto, you always have the right to object to registration and you have the right to access the information recorded about you. These rights are yours under the law on the protection of personal data and requests in this regard must be addressed to Tenuta Scuotto by e-mail.

Your Rights

In relation to purchases, identity and transaction data are kept in accordance with the legislation in force from time to time.

If your data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
